Avanquest PowerDesk Pro flaky (Explorer replacement) I have used PowerDesk since about the mid 90's. It was originally a stand-alone product to provide significant enhancements to Windows Explorer. Over the years, it has been sold and resold several times, and is now distributed by Avanquest. The latest version is 7.0 Here are some of the problems I've noticed: * Basic install works ok, but updates result in an odd message about incomplete setup. * PowerDesk will freeze if downloads from internet happening that result in a new file being created in subdirectory.
